Everything out today, a couple of kiters, one windsurfer (6m? but not enough for him except in strongest gusts), one windfoiler, two kitefoilers with ram kites (fast) and two with LEI kites, and a couple of winger. At one point we were all going well showing the massive range some gear has. The wingers were having best fun riding the outside swells, and one was even jumping. Wind was light to start with and I am impressed how early the wingers got going (one had 6m kite).
Wind lighter than it looked so soon changed to bigger board and stayed with that as wind increased more than forecast. A bit gusty but always going.
I am beginning to see the point in winging as on light wind days when swells are still head high and surfable you can get out to them then let wing go and surf in. Need a lot of new and high skills though.
